The world in which we do business today is no longer the same as it was a few years ago. Technology, social networks, artificial intelligence, and changes in the attitudes of the young generation are fundamentally changing the rules of the game. This is exactly what Randy Gage`s powerful and sometimes very personal performance during the ESSENS Kick OFF 2026 event was about.
Randy didn`t start with numbers or trends. He started with a story. The story of how he was shot and left for dead in the 1980s. He was lying on the street, bleeding, and had to decide - to give up, or to get up and fight for his life. He used this story as a metaphor for today. Because even today, the world can - figuratively speaking - "leave us lying down". And it`s up to us whether we get up.

The pandemic has brought a huge boom in the online world. People were at home, they were open to new possibilities, and online presentations worked better than ever. Many companies experienced record years. But then, as always, the business had to sober up. The last few years have proved that only those with solid foundations survived and those who were only riding on the wave of circumstances. Many companies were not ready for the change in reality, they did not invest in people, systems or long-term strategy.
However, according to Randy, ESSENS is one of those companies that has stood the test of time. It has a vision, a background, products and a structure. Today, this is the KEY mindset.
One of the strongest topics of the entire performance was artificial intelligence. Randy called it the greatest disruptive force in our lives. Not because it would take away jobs from individuals, but because it is changing the entire functioning of the world. A huge amount of artificial content, fake videos, avatars and perfect "digital personalities" is being created. It is becoming increasingly difficult to distinguish what is real. And that is why the fundamental idea was heard: “The more artificial the world becomes, the more valuable authenticity will be. Real people. Real stories. Real emotions. And a community that can be trusted.”
Randy openly talked about the fact that relying only on social networks is very risky today. Reach fluctuates, algorithms change, and what worked yesterday may not work tomorrow.

This is exactly how a lovebrand is built – when a brand is not just a company, but a part of people’s lives.
The young generation today works completely differently than the previous generation. They have no long-term security, often live on short-term income and are used to combining multiple activities at once. “Sidekicks” are no longer a shame. On the contrary – they are the norm. The problem is that most of them do not have a system or long-term potential.

One of the most practical messages of the entire lecture was clear:
If a newcomer does not experience any progress, any action or minor success, their enthusiasm will quickly fade. Therefore, it is crucial to:
Self-belief does not come from theory, but from action.
A very strong part of the performance was the so-called “parachute skills” – skills that allow a person to build a business anywhere in the world, regardless of language or environment.
Randy listed five of them:
These skills are the foundation of true duplication. They help the business grow even without “stars”.
The end was all about duplication and a simple principle: study – create – keep learning. Don’t wait for perfection. Don’t wait until you are “ready”. Because no one improves by waiting. Believing in yourself is the foundation. Randy ended his performance with a strong message: Believe in the business. Believe in the company. And most importantly – believe in yourself.
The world is changing fast and sometimes hard. But people who are willing to learn, adapt and work systematically, have a huge opportunity within reach.
ESSENS is ready for this future. Now it’s our turn.
